Sir:
I presume you sent me this exchange with Mr. Stryker because of my article Highway to Hell(o)
My intention is to publish it in Debate and Discourse for that article on the next site update.
Still, as I pointed out in the original article, the word "hello" has absolutely no etymological relation to the word hell, whereas the invented word "heaveno" is etymologically based on the word heaven.
Thus it represents an unwarranted intrusion of religion into public life.
