Dictatorships

Besides, all Muslim countries except Turkey, Lebanon and (now) Indonesia are dictatorships -- where simply nothing happens for which the government isn't at least partly responsible. People in such countries aren't used to something that the government doesn't support or at least knowingly tolerate getting published in a newspaper.
