Larry Flynt's Challenge to Mourdock

Publisher Larry Flynt bought a full page advertisement in the Indianapolis Star challenging Richard Murdock's claims about God's intention, stating in the ad:
"I assume that you would not have made this statement unless you had been authorized by God. No one who believes in God would ever use the Almighty's name in vain. That would be blasphemy."
So, is Mourdock a blasphemer? Or can he claim the $1,000,000 on offer?
