Choir Membership
The Choir Card generator has been replaced by a new PDF file. Please follow these NEW Instructions:
- Get the Choir Membership card: DOWNLOAD
- Enter your name;
- Choose which choir section you want to belong to in the dropdown;
- If the Date is not auto-generated, enter the date you joined
- Print your Choir Membership card;
- Trim to size;
- Fold in half;
- Laminate if you want;
- Put card in your wallet.
